The site is served by Vercel Inc. To deliver a page, Vercel processes your IP address and keeps short-lived server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union. Without your consent it runs without cookies. PostHog receives the page you opened, the site you came from, your browser type and your IP address. It uses the IP address and browser type to compute an anonymous identifier that changes every day, and it does not keep the IP address. We see totals: how many people visited, which pages they read and whether they clicked a call button. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you accept cookies, PostHog also stores an identifier in your browser for up to one year. It lets us tell returning visitors from new ones and see which country a visit comes from. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

• Your cookie choice. Saved in your browser's local storage under the name nilaad-consent, so that we do not ask again.
• Analytics identifier. A PostHog cookie and local storage entry whose names start with ph_, kept for up to one year. Set only after you accept.

When you send the contact form, your name, email address, company and message are delivered to our mailbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and stored in our email account at Zoho. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It loads only after you ask for it, and Cal.com may set its own cookies once it has loaded. What you enter there goes to Cal.com and into our calendar at Zoho, so that the call can take place.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@nilaad.com. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority.
